Do you hate white pants? Sometimes I do. But how does one know it’s really spring or summertime if there aren’t a single pair of white pants in sight?
Ok, so I don’t actually hate-hate white pants. I am just hyper-concerned about “mensies” and the inevitable dust the white pants will attract. No matter how careful I am there’s a good chance I’ll ruin something so pristine. But I had a couple of ideas to pull off these pants (not literally, of course… well, on second thought, I don’t know maybe you do want someone to pull them off, but that’s really up to you, though).
Anyway, I wouldn’t wear these pants unless the temperature was over 85 degrees. I’d prefer to be going out in the daytime. Of course, no “mensises” can be happening. It’s just too big a liability. And if I know that there’s grass or dirt involved (like outdoor theater or a picnic) then no white pants allowed.
So these particular white pants from Saks look really comfortable. Which is what initially struck my attention. They have a pretty big price tag for me, but if you have the budget, then by all means, ladies… by all means.
The overall look of this set is casual comfort on a warm day. I like the deep blue, white and gold color combination. My ideal place to wear this would be for lunch or brunch al fresco. Just make sure to place a napkin in your lap!
